Police say a pedestrian died after being struck in a hit-and-run in Merced Sunday.
According to the Merced Police Department, 41-year-old Ivy Spratling was crossing California State Route 140 near the Bradley Overpass when she was struck by a Honda Accord driven by Jessie Madrano.

    people are actually selling raffle tickets to raise money for Jessie a lawyer. He killed Ivy on Sunday night 9/15/13, and Wednesday night 9/18/13 he played baseball at Joe Herb Park. This park is also where he committed his FATAL HIT-and-RUN
