Sonoma County, California — August 18, 2012
An elderly man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly intentionally running down a bicyclist in his Santa Rosa retirement community.
The Sonoma County District Attorney‘s office reports 82-year-old Edward Smith chased and struck with his Toyota Avalon 47-year-old bicyclist Toraj Soltani, breaking his wrist.
