Real estate agent gets $155K in trip-and-fall 

A Baltimore judge has ordered U.S. Bank N.A. to pay a real estate agent $155,566 for injuries she received during an inspection at a bank-owned house.
Darlene E. Kegel fell over ropes used to tie down the cover of a pool at the house, causing her to fracture both arms.
