Driver hurt when car drives off embankment by I-580 in Livermore

Authorities believe a single-vehicle crash that occurred Monday morning in Livermore and injured its driver was intentional.

The California Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred around 10:50 a.m. near North Flynn Road when the car traveled off an embankment, blocking traffic on eastbound Interstate 580.
